Bruno Stevens

Confronting Views Posted by Hello

Bruno Stevens' (1959) works are a reaction to the images about the conflict that come to us massively every day. These pictures are transmitted to us in such an amount that they become meaningless and seem to lack content. Stevens' work is a protest against violence. He wants to share his feelings and emotions through basic black and white pictures. Pictures that are witnesses of life in a zone of conflict. Part of his presentation consists of the series "Faces," a number of portraits of deceased victims.
