Rome 01/16/2008.- Municipal cleaners remove colored balls from the Spanish Steps and the Barcaccia fountain after a man identified as Graziano Cecchini dumped what he said were some 500,000 colored balls down the steps, in Rome, Italy. Cecchini is known for having colored Rome's world famous Trevi Fountain with red dye last October.
