Colombia 3/26/2009.- A man smokes a marijuana joint during a protest in defense of the non-criminalization of the so-called «personal dose» in Medellin, Antioquia Department, Colombia. Protestors demonstrated in three cities across Colombia against a proposed plan to recriminalize what is seen as a dose of narcotics for personal consumption - 1 gram of cocaine, 20 grams of marijuana or 5 grams of hash; which was originally decriminalized in 1994 to respect the right to free personality development, as stated in the Colombian constitution.
