Argentina 10/04/2013.-Artists perform the Fous de Bassin show, created by French company Ilotopie, on the water canals around the Puerto Madero neighborhood as part of the opening of IX Buenos Aires' International Festival in Buenos Aires. The multidisciplinary art festival will feature dozens of national and international shows from Oct. 4 to Oct. 20.
